- 3 c. apple sauce
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 raspberry gelatin packages
- 1 c. lime soda
1. In a medium pot mix the orange juice and apple sauce, leave it at medium heat until it starts to boil. Add the raspberry jelly packages and mix until it is completely disolved.
2. Carefully and slowly stir in the lime soda. Remove from heat and stir. Pour the mixture onto slightly greased pan and refrigerate until set for about 1 hour.
3. Unmold the jelly and decorate with a raspberry and some mint leaves.
*Tips: Grease the pan with a little bit of cooking oil, if you put too much the jelly will have oil flavour. Use freshly squeezed orange juice to make it taste better. If you want it to be a little bit more consistent just use 2 c. of apple sauce (which is what I did). The recipe is really simple and it only takes 10 minutes to make.
