Maple Mini Donuts

I have to admit it, I'm an addict to mini desserts, pies, cake pops, donuts, cakes, cookies, you name it. Whenever I see them I go crazy just because they are the perfect bite size, they look really cute and besides they won't make me gain weight, right? for being small?

I also made them at my sister´s party but half of them were chocolate donuts.

- 1 1/4 c. bread flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. of plain yogurth
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 c. of maple syrup

1. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a medium bowl, add yogurth, egg and melted butter; stir until combined. Fill greased donut pan aproximately 1/2 full and bake for 5-6 minutes at 425°F. Let them cool.

Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder if you want chocolate donuts

2. Dip them in white icing and decorate with sprinkles

  10. These are adorable Beti. I need to get a donut pan. I love little desserts, too. They probably aren't too bad for you as long as you don't eat a bunch. That is the hard part:-)

  16. I am addicted to mini "anything." Do I think it is better for me? Nah - I just like variety. These donuts fit the bill - beautiful, sweet but not overly so and so "gosh darned" cute.
