I think I found the perfect healthy snack/breakfast, it's a great recipe that I found in here but I changed it a little bit and they were just great! they don't have sugar or flour and you can add walnuts, almonds, coconut or anything you like
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 2 tablespoons cranberries
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1. Mash bananas and mix with other ingredients, make small balls with the help of a spoon and press them a little bit.
